Airacle

Privacy policy

Last updated 8 October 2026. This page explains what this website collects, why, who handles it and what rights you have. Questions go to welcome@airacle.ai.

What we collect

If you use the growth-plan form, we receive what you type: your website, first name, work email, revenue goal range and, if you add it, what gets in the way of that goal. If you book a call, Cal.com collects the details you give it. Like any website, our hosting records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, session replay or social media pixels on this site. The only cookies come from two tools you trigger yourself: Cloudflare Turnstile (bot check, loaded when you reach the last step of the form) and Cal.com (loaded only when you open the booking calendar). Both are needed to do what you asked, and they work under their own policies. For that reason there is no cookie banner.

Why we use it

We use your details only for these purposes. We do not sell your personal information and we do not rent it.

Who handles it

These providers act on our instructions and have their own privacy terms. We share your details with others only where the law requires it or you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep form and enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them. If we start working together, the client agreement sets what we keep and for how long. Server logs are kept for a short period.

Your rights

Whether you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California or elsewhere, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email welcome@airacle.ai and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Security

We use encrypted connections and limit access to the people who need your details. No online system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their details.

Emails from us

If we contact you about our services and you want no more, reply with "unsubscribe" or email welcome@airacle.ai and we will stop.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be posted here.
